Compressor Arrived Today. Couldn't See any Damage Until the Unit was Taken out of the shipping box. Both Compressor Wheels Cracked, One Wheel Completely off the unit. It appears that reconditioning means painting over whatever the previous owner has done to it. You can see on the handle, where black, greasy hands and tape have been and that they attempted to cover it up with red spray paint. My unit doesn't even look close to new, let alone, reconditioned. One of My guages is twisted downward, so that you can only see a portion of it. The "quick coupling" had to be removed and replaced as it would not stop leaking air. Unit appears to pump up very slow. Tire inflatiion is about all I can see this unit being used for. Too bad, I had such high hopes!
Not only was one wheel broken on delivery, but the tank wouldn't hold pressure at all....
I took off the top to see where the leak was coming from (seal) and it looked like all the
factory refurbishing that was done was just a quick coat of paint..... out of sight it really
looked tired..... never again... only good thing was the immediate pick-up and credit that
i got when I returned the unit....
