The Bostitch CAP1512-OF 1.2 Gallon Oil-Free High-Output Trim Compressor has a high-output oil-free pump that delivers 2.8 CFM 90 PSI and 150 PSI max operating pressure for multiple finish tool operations. The 2.0 HP (Peak), 1.5 HP (Running) motor draws 12 amps for easy start up without tripping circuit breakers. The 1.2 gallon compact design only weighs 23.5 lbs. for easy portability to and from a jobsite. It has an integrated control panel with roll cage that protects gauges from jobsite damage. The LED ON/OFF switch lets you know when the compressor is on to eliminate low-pressure misfires. It has on-board tool and hose storage and a convenient storage pocket for hand tools, fasteners and fittings. The integrated cord wrap improves portability. It also has integrated no-marring rubber feet.

I purchased the Bostitch CAP1512 compressor due to its light weight and compact size. I wanted an alternative to my 70 lb. Dewalt/Emglo (which works perfectly, but without wheels is too cumbersome to carry around). The Bostitch worked right out of the box. It was easy to set up and use. I used it to with my brad nailer to install the shoe moulding in my recently remodeled kitchen and it worked flawlessly.

I am satisfied with the compressor and would reccommend it to others who are in the market for a compact compressor.
I bought this because it is the lightest and smallest compressor that fit my needs. I primarily use it with finish guns and staplers and it works exceedingly well. I don't know how long it will last but I think for the price and what I have already been able to complete it has paid for itself. Great design. I highly recommend this for small jobs.
